Identify the particular truck

Provide the full model designation and the serial number from the data plate. Add details of the existing equipment and, if known, the designation of the relevant component. Describe the function you need

“More light” is less precise than “an additional light for the load transfer point at the racking”. Describe the application, not just the name of a desired part. A short enquiry can include:

Photographs do not replace technical approval

Check the combination before deciding

For attachments, the effect on permissible lifting capacity also needs clarification.
